Pear on blue cheese

rocket salad

radish

dried cranberry

pear

honey

blue cheese

olive oil

Preparation :

On the pan pour 2 tsp of honey and wait a moment . Add sliced pear to the honey and let it get carmelised a little bit . Take it out .

Create your salad with the rest of ingredients and on the top place pear .

Pour olive oil on the salad .

You can serve it with rye bread
