Spinach & Tomato Pasta Bake - totally VEG


Products :

1 pack of fresh spinach
3 clove of garlic
ricotta cheese
cooked pasta
tomato sauce
capers
salt
pepper
 spicy pepper powder

Small steps:

We start from cooking spinach
in salted water. On the frying pan fry chopped garlic on olive oil. When it gets yellow add spinach and ricotta cheese and spice it with salt and pepper.
In the meantime cook the pasta according to directions on the packet.
Put pasta and spinach mix in baking tray. Pour tomato sauce on it and add some capers.
Put the tray for baking for 10 minutes.
