Ingredients:
potatoes
parsley
salt
onion
olive oil
mustard
honey
orange
lamb letuce
balsamic vinegar
garlic
Potatoes :
Cook potatoes in salted water .
Mash them and add chopped parsley .
Onion topping:
Fry chopped onion on olive oil . Add spoon of mustard,
spoon of honey & and juice from 1 orange .
Lamb letuce vinegrette :
Blend handful size of lamb letuce, olive oil ,
2 cloves of garlic , some balsamic vinegar,
salt & pepper .
Trout :
A good while before frying , season fish with salt and pepper , and lemon .
My tip:
Freeze 1 onion .
Grate it on your fish & salads :)
